My order was not correct
I’ve been ordering from this company for 10 years but my last order took 2 weeks to receive and the order wasn’t correct which costed me to loose money

As stated on the website when you placed your order, orders were shipping out in 4 to 6 business days. Your order shipped on time - 5 business days after it was placed. USPS delivered it in 3 days. It was delivered within 10 days, not 2 weeks. Please take note of our turnaround time that we post on our website as it fluctuates depending on our order volume. We were out of one of the bottle shapes in your order so your order was correct, it was just in a different shape of bottle. The value of the product was still exactly the same. -

Not What I Expected
I thought this product would be an actual perfume not an oil. The product does not smell the same as other items of the same scent.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. All of our scented products are oil based since the fragrance itself is an oil. We only carry one version of any given fragrance. The scent is the same whether it is a spray or a rollon but there may be some very minor differences due to the different bases between a spray and an oil. -
