The oils have changed, not getting the quality of France like I used to get very disappointed

Thank you for sharing your opinion. We have used the same manufacturers for over 25 years. The only changes to the fragrances would be to keep ingredients in compliance with IFRA regulations such as removing phthalates. Our quality has only improved because of this. -
