Purchased a burberry body for women. Have bought the same product before..this one just stinks is very unpleasant.cannot sell it. Complained and was given a runaround they even said i have mever bought this product before

We have searched all avenues of this customer's order history and have only found Burberry Weekend on their orders. Initially, the customer was unhappy that the fragrance was not Burberry Weekend and we agreed that Burberry Weekend is not Burberry Body. We did test our current batches of Burberry Body and did not find any defects. Most of our customers do enjoy this fragrance, however we all have different tastes no one will ever like 100% of the fragrances out there. This customer has enjoyed many other fragrances from us in the past. We always suggest trying samples to make sure you like our version of any given fragrance. -
